Are You More Productive When You Are Single?

I was speaking to one of my cousins the other night and I pointed out to her that she seem to be more productive careerwise when she's not in a serious relationship, i.e. shacking up, engaged, or married as opposed to just screwing from time to time. She had never really thought of it that way but she sayed I was right. Without the daily drama, affection responsibilities, LOL, etc., she do get a lot more done.

If you look back throughout your life, do you feel that you are more productive when you are single or in a committed relationship? I read a book awhile back about women who do not succeed in their careers because they put too much of their time and energy into relationships. I wonder if that is why a lot of women are waiting until later to get married and if there is a direct correlation to women owning more businesses and making more money than ever.

So yeah, relationships go through all sorts of changes as many of us are accustomed to knowing that. One of the things in particular is break-ups. It happens, sometimes over and over again to the same people in our life. Well I made a commitment to myself just about 2 years ago, the next lasting relationship I entered would be the last, no matter how it turned out. I met a very great man. Kind hearted, determined individual, he has great morals, I could go on. For various reasons after a lengthy time together he had to end the relationship just recently. Although I am extremely heart broken & I do love him very much, I understand why. He will be gone for a while. I have to respect his decision I guess. I told him I would be willing to accept him back when he returns because in my eyes there is no one else, & I have no apparent need to date again. Everyone feels that I am being crazy for not wanting to date again, and wanting to 'wait' to see if he will want to take a chance with me when he returns. But in my heart I feel that he is the only one for me, the only man that I want around.

I dont want to get back out into the dating thing just to set myself up for another failure. I mean have you ever heard any of the lame pick up lines that the men try to use on us women?? I'll give you the worst I have heard, and guys actually think they are going to get somewhere with sophisticated intelligent women such as ourselves!! Too funny!! So yes, mean while I may feel like I am all tied up in knots, but that is okay, even if there may be an ounce of hope later, even if not, I am choosing not to let myself get hurt again. I am only devoting my heart to one man.

Here are some simple ways that can save a relationship.

Life can be hard when you don't have one along side to help you through your struggles. When you do, they make everything so stress free. Sometimes you have to think why does he love me? What does he love about me?

Why do men do what they do

I had a crush on this man (Jammie) since high school. Life happend and 18 yrs later we become a couple. My dreams had come true. Well, I finally understand that saying be careful what you wish for. I truly loved this guy and he did nothing but accuse me of cheating and lying to him. I loved him so I thought love would conquor all.

Well today he ends it with me because I have been talking to people on my space. He had it in is head that I was going to cheat with people from all over the world. I’m not a rich women and I am trying to figure out how I going to finance these trist.

He had been visiting chat rooms and had communication with other women. So, when I saw my computer, he wanted to read my mail. I had no problem with it because I did nothing wrong. He erased all of his commications with other women and the chat rooms he visited.

Now that I think of it he did me a favor. I wish him luck and to learn how to trust people.
